We’re on a mission to inspire and stimulate the right action, break the stigmas, and start challenging conversations while supporting HR in bringing well-being to their organization.

We walked the talk and grew our own resilience by overcoming substance abuse, burnout, and emotional exhaustion. This resulted in the urge to design our mindful-based approach to enhance team awareness, build resilience, and increase emotional intelligence to grow companionship within a psychologically safe and productive environment.

We call our approach Mental Fitness, which proactively supports the well-being of your colleagues; it reduces stress, prevents burnout, and decreases emotional exhaustion.

We’re ready to collaborate with your HR and People-managers to create a sustainable mental fitness strategy to get your employees interested, involved, and motivated.

We deliver well-being education in workshop formats virtually, in-person, and blended in English or Serbian. Each workshop is experiential, with many exercises that your team can do together and that the participants can later very easily apply in their daily lives.
