Why?

Because we’ve noticed in the last year of analyzing the situation in Serbia and abroad regarding the practice of Mindfulness that Vesna been practising personally for 9 years and teaching for 8 years 🙂

  • Everyone is talking more and more about Mindfulness and everyone is mindful (or they want to be, but it just kinda doesn’t work out for them ) 
  • HR professionals, psychotherapists, coaches, NLP masters also use Mindfulness in their work or at least they mention it from time to time
  • If only we were in that present moment and here and now and all the troubles would be solved
  • Many people wished for the New Year to be more aware,  present in the here and now (I wonder if with these wishes you were also aware of how hard and painful it is to be here and now 🙂)
  • Fun fact: those who claim that Mindfulness is not for them because they are “overthinkers” or too energetic  obviously learned Mindfulness or meditation from those who didn’t know how to explain to them that these things were actually made for people like them.
  • Give it 5-10 years and Mindfulness becomes the new NLP in the Balkans (I don’t know if this makes me happy or scared) 
  • Essentially, if we were to scratch underneath surfaces…in fact, no one really knows what Mindfulness is, but everyone has an opinion about it 🙂
