About your instructor

Vesna Laković van Kempen

For the last 13 years, Vesna Laković van Kempen has been creating programs and education tailored to the needs of today. She leads trainings for personal and professional development, as a pioneer in our area in areas such as: Mindfulness (conscious attention, focus and better stress control), TRE physical exercises to relieve stress and tension, training for the development of self-compassion (Mindful self-compassion) – resilience and prevention of compassionate fatigue. She is the author of the book “Diary of Conscious Attention and Stress Control”. Participants and clients mostly describe her as dedicated and motivating, but above all sincere and spontaneous.

Innovation, challenge and growth (with a dose of adventure!) Are important values ​​in her work and she spent some time in Thailand at the New Life Foundation Addiction Recovery Center, working as a consultant and consultant in creating the educational program of the center. Today, she mentors women entrepreneurs from Asia as part of Wedu and is part of the Committee for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion at the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion in America.

In recent years, she has been working with her husband as a consultant and instructional designer to promote and create online educational programs for companies and institutions.
