How to become a healthy leader?

Affect your health in many different ways with mindfulness and become a healthy leader. Fewer colds, less anxiety, better sleep, faster healing, and a more even mood are some examples.

When research began on the effects of mindfulness about 40 years ago, one of the first discoveries was that psoriasis patients who practiced mindfulness in conjunction with light therapy became problem-free twice as fast as those who did not exercise. After that, research has shown that mindfulness can be a method that, for example, lowers blood pressure, improves sleep, speeds recovery during antibiotic treatment, reduces the risk of colds, and reduces anxiety.

Participants in our courses often confirm these results. It is common to come to a course for a special reason, for example, to become better at dealing with stress, but get something else “for free”, such as less pain and better focus ability.
