How to Improve relationships within a team with better self-esteem and more empathy.

It is no exaggeration to say that mindfulness makes you kinder. We know that, among other things, empathic ability increases, that impulse control becomes better and that one judges less. It gives you more awareness to improve customer relationships.

There was once a man on one of our business courses who would answer the question of whether he saw any effects of his mindfulness training. It took a while for him to come up with something, but in the end, he said, “My kids say I’m getting kinder.”

The results of mindfulness manifest themselves in many different ways. It is common, just as in the example above, that one’s relationships are improved by being perceived as a more empathetic and listening person, as a kinder simply. Another very important aspect of this is the concept of self-compassion – that through mindfulness you train your ability to like yourself as you are and accept that you are not perfect all the time, that you have a good relationship with yourself.

There are scientific studies that show that mindfulness can make you a better partner, a better boss, a better friend, a better co-worker, a better parent, and for sure a better and more conscious entrepreneur. Cold facts about what can make us humans a little warmer.
