People have become more aware of how stress affects their bodies, they got in touch with their thoughts, and also they are now approaching challenging situations with a different mindset.
I have always believed in power of mindfulness.
But somehow, I just couldn’t do it by myself and I needed guidance.
A couple of years ago, there were not so many mindfulness experts here in Novi Sad, and I was fortunate enough to have found Vesna, she opend so many doors for me and I have much more opportunities because of her. I can safely say that I’m a better and also healthy person because of her.
She was the one who introduced me to TRE. After my first session, I immediately thought that a lot more people should be introduced this well being approach. So I emailed her and asked her if we could collaborate.
